I was bought up in the transport industry as my parents owned a small transport company in Invercargill. I spent school holidays in the truck with my dad developing a passion for trucks and knew they would be a big part of my future.

When I left school I started an apprenticeship in Maintenance and Diagnosis (Fitter turner). Since then, I have been based in Invercargill working on and repairing mobile cranes, EWPs as well as hydraulics/pneumatic diagnosing and repairs throughout the Southland and Otago regions.
During this time, I have become service trained by Palfinger New Zealand also Aichi New Zealand.
In 2021 I set myself a new challenge to pursue my passion and started Southern Crane Services Limited.
